Description

Jam made according to the ancient recipe of the Langhe, with no added sugars. It is made during harvest using unfermented Nebbiolo grape must, so it is non-alcoholic. The jam includes all seasonal fruits: Madernassa pears, Kaiser pears, Renetta apples, dried figs, 12% of toasted coarsely ground hazelnuts, cinnamon, and cloves. It requires 12 hours of cooking. It is perfect when paired with cheeses, meats, boiled dishes, or simply spread on bread or toasted bread.
