    Description

    After shelling, the hazelnut undergoes a full but mild toasting process, achieved at a moderately low temperature for an extended period. This method preserves the nut's aromas, flavors, and significant organoleptic properties. Following toasting, the hazelnuts are hand-sorted to remove any defective ones. This gentle toasting leaves small, natural skin residues on the nuts, which are rich in fiber and beneficial properties. They are vacuum-packed to ensure long-lasting freshness and fragrance. Processing is carried out in our facilities in Diano d'Alba.

    Also available in custom packaging upon request.

    Hazelnuts certified by the Consorzio Piemonte IGP of the Langhe, which oversees their origin, quality, and quantity per hectare. The hazelnut variety is the Tonda Gentile Trilobata, native to the Langhe, which we cultivate directly in our orchards in the municipalities of Alba, Diano d'Alba, Serralunga d'Alba, and Albaretto della Torre.
